How are students evaluated during and after the course?
Students are continuously monitored throughout the course by their teacher. At the end of the course, students take an exam that tests grammar, vocabulary, listening, and overall language skills. The results help us measure progress and readiness for the next level.
How can I track my progress throughout the course?
We provide detailed feedback after the final exam. This includes a summary of your strengths and areas that need improvement. Teachers may also give regular updates during the course based on your performance in class activities and homework.
Do you offer placement tests before starting the course?
Yes, we offer a free placement test before enrollment to help determine your level. After the written test, you may be asked to send a voice note for a quick speaking evaluation, so we can recommend the most suitable course for you.
Are your teachers native speakers or qualified English teachers?
Our teachers are highly qualified and have TEFL/TESOL certifications. Some are native speakers, and others are fluent, experienced teachers who have worked with students from various backgrounds.
Can I join a course if I’m a complete beginner?
Absolutely! We offer beginner-level courses designed for students with little or no previous English knowledge. Our patient and friendly teachers will support you step by step.
What’s the difference between private and group courses?
In group courses, you learn with other students, which helps improve communication and interaction. Private courses offer one-on-one attention and are tailored to your specific needs and goals.
How long is each course, and how many lessons are included?
Most courses run for 4–8 weeks, with two sessions per week, depending on the course. Each session is around 60 to 90 minutes. You’ll see all course details on the booking page.
How do I book a course?
Go to our Placement Test page, take the test, and we’ll tell you your English level and recommend the most suitable course. After that, you can choose your course and pay through our available payment options, including bank transfer and PayPal.
How do the online classes work?
Classes are held on Zoom. You’ll receive the meeting link and learning materials before each session. Our teachers use engaging slides, discussions, and activities to make learning effective and enjoyable.
Is there a WhatsApp group for communication with the teacher?
Yes, we create a WhatsApp group for each course to communicate important updates, share materials, and provide support between lessons.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, PayPal, and other secure online payment methods. You will receive payment instructions after your placement is confirmed.
What is your refund or cancellation policy?
We have a flexible policy in case of emergencies. Please inform us at least 48 hours before the course starts if you need to cancel. Once the course has started, refunds are not guaranteed.
For 1:1 classes, students are allowed to cancel once and get a compensation session. If teachers cancel, they must compensate any missed sessions.
Why are the course fees different from one course to another?
Course fees vary depending on the type of course, number of sessions, whether it’s a group or private class, and the teacher’s experience. Some courses include additional materials, speaking assessments, or one-on-one feedback, which may affect the cost.
Will I receive a certificate after completing the course?
Yes, students receive a digital certificate of completion once they finish the course and pass the final evaluation. The certificate includes your name, course level, and the number of hours completed.
Is the certificate recognized internationally?
While our certificate is not an official university qualification, it is a recognized proof of course completion, especially useful for adding to your CV, LinkedIn profile, or educational portfolio.
